Cancellation Policy

All our confirmation messages are automatically sent from our booking system 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will result in a 50% charge of your booked services total.

Any 'no shows' on the day of your booking will result in a 75% charge of your booked services total.

If you incur either charge no further appointments will be booked until the amount is settled.

By responding 'YES' to your booking confirmation message you are agreeing to these terms.
